Airline Travel Authorization Certificates
Please provide complete information on the form to the right and be sure to complete the entire page with your entire name, and your travel representative.
All funds are held in an escrow account by Johnston & Webb Holding Company. The distribution of the funds out of the escrow account occurs upon redemption or expiration of your Airline Travel Authorization Certificate. All personal checks, certified checks, and/or money orders should be made payable and mailed to:

After booking your travel with the documentation requested on the Airline Travel Authorization Certificate form you will have 5-Business Days from the time the travel Itinerary is released to complete payments in full to Johnston & Webb Holding Company.
Your travel Confirmation Number and Itinerary will be released within (72) seventy-two hours, or three (3) Business Days after all requirements on the ATAC form have been confirmed by K-H Travel. Upon documentation completion an Electronic Ticket will be issued within a 24 to 48 hour prior to travel departure.
On the day of departure travel, take your Confirmation Number, Itinerary and Electronic Ticket Number, to the airline carrier's Ticket Counter to receive your boarding pass. Do not forget to have available all other Important Travel Papers, Photo Identification, Passport, and Visa if required, and to allow significant time according to the Carrier to arrive prior to your Travel Carrier's Departure. All personal travel documents necessary to complete your travel should be with you at this time for your recommended travel.
Redeeming an
Airline Travel Authorization Certificate
Complete all of the information requested on the Authorization Certificate and provide to K-H Travel. Please note the Airline Travel Authorization Certificate has to be in the hands of K-H Travel twenty four (24) days in advance/ prior to your day of travel.
Upon receipt of your Authorization Certificate, K-H Travel will book your travel and will provide to you within a seventy-two (72) hour time period, a Confirmation Number and your Itinerary. All to be provided as you requested on your Authorization Certificate. Your Electronic Ticket will be issued to you within 24 to 48 hours prior to your travel departure. |
