Q: HOW ARE THESE AIRLINE TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE?
A: Through a consortium of independent travel agents and agencies accumulation of frequent flier miles, rewards and or points.

Q: HOW DO I REDEEM AN AIRLINE TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATE?
A: Complete all of the information requested on the Authorization Certificate and provide to K-H Travel. Please note the Airline Travel Authorization Certificate has to be in the hands of K-H Travel twenty four (24) days in advance/ prior to your day of  travel.

Upon receipt of your Authorization Certificate, K-H Travel will book your travel and will provide to you within a seventy-two (72) hour time period, a Confirmation Number and your Itinerary. All to be provided as you requested on your Authorization Certificate. Your Electronic Ticket will be issued as soon as all funds have been paid in full.

A: Yes, once you have your Confirmation Number, and the Electronic Ticket Number, you may contact the airline carrier to receive a seat assignment.

Q: CAN THE ORIGINATING FLIGHT AND THE RETURN FLIGHT DATE AND TIME BE CHANGED?
A: Yes, however an airline carrier fee will be assessed.

A: Yes, but it can only be done through K-H Travel.

A: No.

A: Yes, a passenger receipt may be obtained from the airline carrier.

Q: WHAT FARE IS SHOWN ON THE PASSENGER RECEIPT?
A: The airline carrier 's actual quoted fare at the time of booking.

Q: IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE OF AN AIRLINE TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATE?
A: Yes, one year from date of purchase which will be on your Airline Travel Authorization Certificate.

Q: IS THE PURCHASE OF AN AIRLINE TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATE REFUNDABLE?
A: Yes. To receive a refund on a certificate that has not been redeemed for an Electronic Ticket, prior to expiration,  return the actual certificate, proof of original purchase price with a written refund request to -
